Pink Shirts Day
Our Student Health Leaders motivated our students to engage in Pink Shirts Day 18th May. The message was clear, ―stop bullying and spread kindness‖. Embedded within our Garin values are the teachings of Christ, Aroha (love) and Rangimarie (peace), our students live these values in the college each day. However we recognise that at times we need to restore and renew relationships when these values have not been maintained. Raising awareness of bullying through Pink Shirt Day is a great opportunity for us all to reflect on our actions, respect the dignity of others and work together to grow and live the values that Christ in our lives.
