The Year 11 – Year 13 Senior Parent Teacher Conferences will be held at school on Monday 12 May, 3.30 – 5.30pm and Tuesday 13 May, 1.30 – 5.30pm. Conference times will be available for booking through the Kamar portal from Wednesday, 30 April, at approx 3.30pm. Bookings close for Monday 12 May on Thursday 8 May and bookings for Tuesday 13 May close on Friday 9 May. Sorry, we cannot make additional bookings once closed.

Note, all students will be released at the end of period 4, 12.50pm on Tuesday, 13 May. Buses will run at their usual times. Students can be supervised in the library if required – please advise our Attedance line if you require this: attendance@garincollege.nz
Information
The length of each conference is five minutes and will enable you to discuss with our teachers the learning, progress and next steps in learning for your son or daughter. At present there’s plenty of availability for bookings – please scroll down on the booking form.
Ensure you allow one interview space (5 minutes) before moving onto the next interview as they occur across several rooms throughout the college. If there is a teacher who you would like to see and are unable to on both days, please email them directly.
The booking system will allow only one interview per Garin learner per teacher for each of the days. In order to allow all whānau equal access to book appointments, please do not book for the same learner and teacher on both days. Multiple bookings will be removed.
Should you need to speak to a Dean, please contact them via email for a separate appointment, they are only available for conferences in a learning capacity on the day – contact email addresses are available on this link.
