This coming Sunday, 15 June, 34 children and young people from the Parish of Our Lady of Bays will receive their First Holy Communion. This celebration will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Richmond at the 9am Mass, with Father Cirilo presiding.
Thank you to Mary Healey and Markelle Ward who have guided the children and their families throughout their preparation. Thank you also to Maria Archer and Kathryn Powick for their administrative and pastoral support. We pray for each child and their whānau as they take this important step in their faith journey.
A formal Breakfast will be served to the First Holy Communion children, with their families, in the Church Hall following the 9am Mass. Many thanks to the parents of the children who have prepared this special celebration banquet.
