Enrolling for 2026, 2027

To enrol at Garin College in 2026, please complete our Enrolment pack.  You can either email the completed enrolment pack to, achieve@garincollege.nz  or deliver it to the school office.

Garin College is a BYOD (Bring You Own Device) school – all Year 9-13 students need a computer at school next year. We have clear advice of what works best at Garin and the likely cost (approx $500) –  here.

Key dates for enrolments 2027

The Parent Information evening will inform you of what we offer as a school in 2027. This event is for parents and whānau (students may also attend) on Wednesday, 22 July. This presentation is aimed to inform parents/whānau.

Students will see the school running on our Open afternoon; parents and students can join us on Wednesday, 29 July, starting at midday until approx 2.30pm.

2027 Enrolments closing date is 21 August 2026.

The Orientation day for students enrolling at Garin in 2026 as Year 9 students is on Friday 13 November 2026. Students will attend school for the whole day. Nearer the time, we will email you some detailed information on our Orientation day programme. An official enrolment interview with next year’s whānau teacher, students and parents will be scheduled that same afternoon.
