Mental Health Awareness Week

Kia ora Garin Whānau!
The Te Wahi Hauora team are excited to announce that again this year we are hosting an array of fun events and activities for Mental Health awareness week!
This year the theme is 5 ways 5 days, with a focus on 5 proven ways that you can take care of your wellbeing.
This is on NEXT WEEK so get involved in all of the fun activities, and learn some different ways you can look after yourself and the your precious hauora.
There is a mix of things available this week, with something for everyone. So plan out your week using the timetable attached, and be ready to see out the Term on the Friday with a mufti day, a bake sale, and the band playing out in the quad!
All money raised goes to the Mental Health Foundation to help them with their mahi around Aotearoa. Get involved, it is going to be a great week!
