The excitement of the O‟Shea Shield held at St Patrick’s Palmerston North remains with us as we reflect on this most wonderful celebration of our Catholic youth from across the Diocese. The sixteen students making up our Garin team were outstanding ambassadors for the College. We particularly celebrate the success of Amy Krammer on
winning the Catherine McAuley Cup for Scripture Reading. I thank Ms Justine Butler, Mr Jeremy Cummings and Mr Peter Mellor for accompanying and mentoring the team while at O‟Shea and the many teachers who coached and supported our students in preparation for
the event.
