Congratulations to Zac Griffith who over the weekend competed in the 33rd Sun City Nelson Country Music Awards held in Richmond. There were over 380 entries from people as far away as Invercargill and Tokoroa. Some of the categories had up to 30 entrants competing for the 2 spots in the finals. Zac made 8 finals and won 7. He was Intermediate Overall Runner up with his duo partner Maddison Connor and Intermediate Overall Winner of his Gospel entry. That means that currently, he is the Intermediate Overall Winner at Westport, Blenheim and Nelson.
