Last Friday (23rd Sept) the Vast crew headed into Nelson. Garin College, mixed in with students from other schools, participated in a range of dance workshops which were run by a range of highly experienced teachers. These were challenging as they covered some unique dance styles and techniques. The schools also ran rehearsals at the Theatre Royal and in a combined effort, showcased the incredible talent in the region in a really diverse evening of performances.
Special thanks goes to the student leaders who organised and choreographed the Garin dances. Jorja Milligan, Ellen Theobald and Rosa Babington.
