Year 11 – 13 Senior Parent Teacher Conferences

The Year 11 – Year 13 Senior Parent Teacher Conferences will be held at school on Monday 20 May and Tuesday 21 May. Note that Monday’s event is from 3.30 – 5.30pm and Tuesday will have an additional afternoon session between 1.30pm – 3.30pm before restarting at 4pm until 5.30pm.

Conference times will be available for booking through the Kamar portal from Monday, 6 May at 3.30pm. Booking instructions will also be shared then.

This short video will provide a step by step process for logging in and making a booking.

Please note:
– Until the bookings are open the conferences will not be visible on the portal.
– The Booking system for Monday 20th Conferences will close at 3.30pm Thursday 16th May.
– The Booking system for Tuesday 21st Conferences will close at 3.30pm Friday 17th May.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make additional bookings after these times.

Information about the Parent – Teacher Conferences

This conference event is for senior students in years 11, 12 and 13 only.

The length of each conference is five minutes and will enable you to discuss with our teachers the learning, progress and next steps in learning for your son or daughter.

Please make sure when making a booking that you allow one interview space (5 minutes) before moving onto the next interview as they occur across several rooms throughout the College.

Please note that Mrs Eggers, Miss Gray and Mr Kersten (Year 11, 12 and 13 Deans) are present in a teaching and learning capacity. If you would like to set a meeting with them, please set this through an email to them directly.

If there is a teacher who you would like to see and are unable to on both days, please email them and they can organise an email response for you.

The system will allow only one interview per Garin learner per teacher for each of the days. In order to allow all whānau equal access to book appointments please do not book for the same learner and teacher on both days. Multiple bookings will be removed.
