Enrolling for 2024 or beyond

To enrol at Garin College for 2024 or 2025, please complete our Enrolment pack.  You can either email our enrolment pack to, achieve@garincollege.ac.nz  or deliver it to the school office.

The school and hostel fees are detailed here and an explanation document regarding the distribution of your Archdiocese of Wellington (ADW) fees is here. Garin College is a BYOD (Bring You Own Device) school – all Year 9-13 students need a computer at school next year. We have clear advice of what works best at Garin – and the likely cost of that ($400-500) here.

Key dates for this year

The Parent Information evening is where we look at what we offer as a school, held on Wednesday, 24 July 2024 from 7:00 – 8:30pm. This event is for parents, students and whānau. However, because it is a presentation, it is mostly for parents.

The Open afternoon is where you can see the school running; it will be held on Wednesday, 31 July 2024 from 12:00 – 2:30pm, for parents and students.

Enrolments close Friday 23 August 2024.

The Orientation day for students enrolling at Garin in 2025 as Year 9 students is on Friday 15 November 2024. Students will attend school for the whole day. Nearer the time, we will email you some useful documents which detail information on the Orientation day programme. The official enrolment interview with next year’s whānau teacher, students and parents will be scheduled on the same afternoon.
